This is why Flowers by Nicole offers each client an in person, or zoom call complimentary private consultation. At your consultation we will discuss everything from your color palette, design, rentals, venue, decor, to delivery, set up or what time you would like to pick up your florals. Every detail is discussed to provide you comfort knowing that the collection you have chosen for your day will be stress free and all you imagined.

Which leads to the question - why do you have a minimum for some of your wedding collections of $1000.00 not including the additional costs of taxes, delivery and or set up and take down?
The reason for this is to customize your floral collection for all the floral pieces ordered in your collection, I still have to order all the blooms in bulk quantities, the same way a flower shop would. However Flowers by Nicole is not a walk through studio which means each and every bloom has to be accounted for to create the design and your vision for your collection.
Flowers by Nicole offers a number of wedding floral collections at different price points to better suit your budget.
The Your Wedding Story Collection allows you to be a little more flexible in choosing the size of your bouquets, ceremony and reception floral pieces that you are needing, this collection does have a minimum requirement of $1000.00 not including the fees for taxes, delivery or set up and take down. Please keep in mind all wedding floral collections are designed and created with seasonal blooms, and your blooms are carefully selected by me as your florist, you do however select the color palette. These collections are not for couples requesting very specific blooms.
FAQs
How far in advance should I book my florals?
I suggest contacting Flowers by Nicole 7-12 months in advance. It is important to have a number of things in place before contacting your florist as all of the following help to plan your floral vision. Is your venue booked yet? Do you have a color palette selected? Do you have your gown, friend of honor dresses, what will the color of the rest of the attire be?
If you are selecting a collection from my wedding blooms boutique, I do require at least 1 weeks notice to be able to have the proper amount of blooms and in your color palette available.
How do I book and secure my wedding or event date?
Once we have finalized your complimentary consultation a proposal including your quote along with your contact and an inspiration board will be sent to you within a week. Once you have received this information you will have one week from the date received to review, sign and return with the required 50% non refundable retainer. Without this retainer and paperwork your date will not be secured.
Looking to rent?
Flowers by Nicole also provides a rental service for clients looking for the following: Ceremony arches, harlow stands or whiskey barrels, vessels for your reception table centerpieces. Rentals are available only with the floral designs and can not be requested without florals or individually. Rentals will also need to be returned on the following day of your wedding/event date and may be returned to Flowers by Nicole depending on the items and availability of your time and date. Pick up may be requested on the following date of your wedding and additional fees will apply.
Can we reschedule our wedding date?
The answer is yes, but the following applies to rescheduling your wedding date. A 20% fee will be applied to your final payment and your new wedding date must be booked within 18 months from your original date. This also applies to any rescheduling due to COVID19 or otherwise.
Can I book Flowers by Nicole as our wedding florist more than a year in advance?
The answer is yes you can. Keep in mind there are a number of factors to consider more than a year in advance. Having your venue booked, your color palette selected and so on. I recommend that you fill out the consultation forms and pay the 50% non refundable deposit/retainer of the required minimum to secure your wedding date. We can then touch base towards the 7-12 month mark to book your floral consultation and discuss all the details of your collection at that time.
Can I have my florals delivered and set up?
The answer is yes you can. Flowers by Nicole delivery, set up and take down services are available upon request and are also discussed at your consultation. These fees are additional to the collection you have selected and or minimum requirements for your wedding floral collection. A flat rate per hour is offered for each client. Delivery, set up fees and take down fees are determined by location, time of ceremony and reception and the amount of florals delivered. What does this mean you are asking? This means, each hour is carefully calculated to determine the hours spent packing each floral piece for transport to the destination, travel time to the venues destination, time required at the venue ( carefully unloading each floral piece, designing on site that is required, floral insulations, set up for ceremony florals and reception florals, time in-between ceremony and reception to transfer florals and any additional time required for take down, this includes the time for a team of two people). If any additional help for set up and take down is required or any additional vehicles for transportation is required additional fees per hour may apply.
